Terms of Use

These terms govern access to XFLIKS and its cinema catalogue, creator profiles and film-linking tools. By using XFLIKS, you agree to use the service lawfully and to respect creators and their work.

Your films and permissions

You retain ownership of the films and information you submit. You confirm that you control the linked YouTube or Vimeo account, or otherwise have permission to publish and promote the film through XFLIKS.

Public and unlisted visibility

Public films may appear in the cinema catalogue and search results. Unlisted pages are excluded from the public catalogue but remain accessible to anyone with the link.

Prohibited material

Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or malicious content. Do not impersonate another creator or misrepresent authorship, rights, credits or the role of AI in a work.

Platform availability

XFLIKS may update, moderate or discontinue features and may remove listings that violate these terms, applicable law or third-party platform requirements.
